The Ritual

Every As Above Soap Below bar is designed as a complete ritual — three intentional acts that begin the moment you open the box. This isn’t something you use up and discard. It’s a practice that unfolds over weeks, with three gifts working in parallel to support the same intention.

Step One: The Planting

Grow your intention.

Before you even lather, open the small envelope sealed with a beeswax chakra stamp. Inside: a piece of handmade seed paper embedded with flower seeds chosen for their alignment to your bar’s chakra. Red poppies for the Root — resilience. Chamomile for the Heart — tenderness. Sweet alyssum for the Crown — spiritual grace.

Tear the seed paper into small pieces. Place them in moist soil — a pot on your windowsill, a corner of your garden, anywhere that feels right. Hold the pieces in your palm and set your intention. Press gently into the soil. Water well.

This is where the ritual begins, not in the shower — in the earth. Your intention is planted before your first cleanse. From this point forward, every time you use the soap, your garden is growing alongside you.

Suggested practice: Plant on the day you open the box. Water your seeds each morning as part of your intention-setting. Watch the garden grow as a living confirmation that your inner work is taking root.

Step Two: The Cleanse

Nourish the skin.

Each bar is handcrafted using cold process methods with organic oils, shea butter, and botanicals chosen for their alignment to your chakra. As you lather, the essential oils release into the steam. The dried herbs gently nourish the skin.

This is the physical act of cleansing. You’re nourishing yourself with organic botanicals while the seeds you planted are pushing through soil. Two parallel acts of care. You nurture your body. The earth nurtures your intention.

Suggested practice: Before you step into the shower, hold the bar in your hands. Close your eyes. Speak your intention — one sentence, out loud or silently. Then begin.

Step Three: The Reveal

Awaken the spirit.

Embedded in every bar is a genuine gemstone on a natural hemp cord. You won’t see it at first. As the soap is used over days and weeks, the crystal slowly reveals itself. The reveal requires patience. Patience is the practice.

Once uncovered, the crystal becomes your vessel. Wear it as a pendant. Wrap it around your wrist. Place it on your altar. The stone captures the energy of your daily ritual, holds your intention, and transmits it to the universe.
